    hi gud pm bakit po ganun yung load na binenta ko po kagabi sa smart 2 beses pumasok sa costumer nalugi po tuloy ako sms ang gamit ko nun

    Ako din. Pumxok din ung load. Dapat sana, kung down ang system, at di pumxok within 1hr, sana after 1hr di na iconsider ung load na un i mean di na papasukin. kc kame ang naluluge.

    mostly of my retailers din yun ang nangyari..sana nga po pag ganun na katagal ang delay..wag nlng po i.confirm..and besides consecutives days na rin na palaging na da down ang system ng 4483..hope this will be addressed and raised up to our main head..or may ibang gateway na ibibigay if ever sira ang 4483..thanks po

    sa akin, 3 regular 30 Load yung nag confirm na pumasok, pero na receive ng customer is dalawang regular 30 lang. paano ko po makukuha yun pabalik sa loadwallet ko. sana sa susunod pag may sytem down, huwag nalang eh process yung mga load transaction para hindi na mag double yung load. . na lugi na tuloy ako.
    ito po yung tatlong reference # na nag confirm:

    sir/madam admin,

    saan ko po kukunin yung regular 30 na hindi pumasok. .

      Hi
      If the load didn’t go thru our system would automatically process a rebate.
      On our system transaction logs, it’s clear that everything was loaded to 0999*****.
      Double check with the consumer. He should have a total of P90 load credit.

    i suggest sa globe tm sana if napasok na yung load sana cp# dn ang lumalabs hindi yung succefuuly k15 para po pag hinanap ng customer onfirmation may maipakita po kami salamat

      We see no difference as long as the customer receive the load credit. Which is the most important thing no matter what type of confirmation or message it is.

    dapat may xtra gateway para tuloy tuloy ang load.. nakakasira din kasi sa mga suki. at bakit ganun panay na ang down ng 4483???? dapat alam ng admin kung panu yan masulosyunan

    Suggest ko lang sana oras na magdown ang system, i cancell nalang ng epinoyload ang lahat ng nasend na transaction.. kasi binabalik natin sa costumer bayad nila, tapos papasok pala..lugi na :)
