We apologize for the system issue yesterday (05/04/14). we did not receive any messages from 4483 for 3 hours 8:00PM to 11:00PM.
Smart was unable to push any of these messages until 11:00PM, all pending text message from 8:00pm to 11:00pm were transmitted and then processed. Therefore we could not identify the original time that it was sent, we had no choice but to process all of it.
Nor can we offer refunds for it, pls take note that this also happens in traditional retailer sim cards.
And we have actually also taken extra steps in taking some measures in identifying unique transactions.
We work diligently to stabilize our system and strive harder to get better service from our provider.
