    Hi po.epinoy nagdeposit po ako kanina smart money tru bdo. Sa resibo walang reference number kasi po nag.offline.delay daw po macredit yung load ko..ask ko lang po papaano ko po makuha yong reference number ko para makacredit po yung load ko.pls response.thanks

      Hi Cheryldin, Pwede po kayong pumunta sa BDO kung saan kayo nagdeposit then hingi po kayo ng Report ID. Thanks.

    Hello po..tumawag po ako sa inyung hotline kanina sabi po na instead of the reference # pwede daw yung sa resibo na may bdo tapos may 5 digit #.same process lng daw..ntry ko tapos rejected padin..

      Deposit via BDO, the reference no. starts with 211N followed by numbers. ex: 211N 123 456 7

    ILOAD SUNCTC20 09223185679 send to 2256.

      Hi Noemi, as per checking wala naman po tayong naging problem sa SUNCTC20 last April 21, 2018 it is possible na may error po dun sa number ng niload nyong customer. Thanks.

    mam sana magkaron na kau ng Gcash as part of depoait po.. malaki bagay po kasi pag meron din Gcash kung sakali hindi available si smartmoney..
    libre pati pag cash in sa 7/11, malaki tulong samin yun..
