    morning, I just would like to ask why is it that til now my load was not credited, I have the confirmation that my deposit was receive. What is the problem of delayed load?

      Hi Anilen,

      The BDO Corporate Website is down.. apparently.. this happens usually on paydays due to payrolls.. alot of people / accountants are accessing the site at the same time..

      it become accessible sometimes around 11am or 3pm.. we are uncertain.. the website cannot handle the traffic coz the developers are well, not qualified.

    Sir Epinoy, nagchange password po ako kagabi tapos paglogin ko ngayong umaga 0 balance na npc wallet ko pag sa epinoy bills app. Pero kapag sa pc ako naglogin may balance naman po. Thanks

      Login and mobile no attached is probably different from the mobile no used.
