sir I already cleared cache but it can’t send load, since I update this app to 1.27 it abruptly changed.

What is the minimum requirement for android version to install the application?
Wala pong requirement, just download it, seach mo po ang epinoy bills sa google store
is it compatible for all the android OS verions?
