Please give us 24 hours or until July 20, 2014 to find an alternative/temporary access code from 4483. We are most hit by the loses of revenue, we are fighting for this system to be stable, as it was hard hit due to the damage caused by Typhoon Glenda.

Under normal circumstances this service and system should be back online by 4:00 A.M., but under a worst-case scenario we will need another two (2) hours to bring back the system.
