    My gosh po.. HINDI PO AKO MAKALOG-IN, TRY KO PO ANG PBUY RESET THRU GSM NUMBER ito po ang Reply “Mobile no is not registered to do a Smart Load Transaction.”

      Hi Lermae your USERNAME: is your mobile registered number. And to get your password kindly text PBUY RESET to any gsm numbers.

    Good day, ask ko lang po kung pagbamagchange cellphone ako tapos pero same sim card parin, gagana p rin kaya ung apps? kac itried na iinsert ung registered sim ko sa ibang cellphone and install epinoy apps, then nag-pbuy reset ako. ayaw ng maglog-in..

      Use your registered number as your Username and text PBUY RESET to any GSM Number to get your password. You need internet connection to login.

      For user kindly use 639 or 09.

      Just an UPDATE for App login:

      HOW TO LOGIN AT Mobile Application:

      Use your registered number as your Username (639XXXXXXXXX) and text PBUY RESET to any GSM Number to get your password. You need internet connection to login.

      APP TROUBLESHOOT:
      Error:
      Uh-oh: Cannot handle token prior to 2018-05-29T 13:54:03+0800

      Solution:
      1). Go to Date & Time Settings >> Select Time Zone (GMT+08:00 Philippine Standart Time).
      2). Go to Date & Time Settings >> Automatic date & time (set it “OFF”) >> Automatic time zone (set it “OFF”).

      Error:
      Load Service is not available for this Merchant or any other error.

      Solution:
      Email us right away to epinoyload@npi.ph with your mobile number and screenshot of the error message.
