Good Evening, We apologize for the Website Slowdown and Loading Delays during peak hours. We need about a month to fix the problem. This was caused by when the Globe Loading Platform went down at 6pm to 9pm. There were no problems with Smart and Sun but due to alot of Globe Requests that were lined up, It caused the server to slow down. We’ll be looking at new ways to solve the problem.
Hi Everyone, We had a slight improvement on loading Globe during Peak hours. Please give us this week to tweak and modify whatever we can so that we can give you the best service possible. Hi Everyone, We are aware of our problems with Globe, pls note that it is also very painful for us. We will now look at other alternatives or backups since we do acknowledge that waiting for a month is too long. Although certain agreements or contracts need a month to be processed, at least it will give us time to provide a service that everyone expects and we expect ourselves.
